Liz will guide you through a 1 hour yoga session (level 1-2 class)\, followed by unlimited mimosas until 12pm! *Please bring your own yoga mat*\nAbout Liz… \nLiz Frydman\, founder of her wellness company Liz Coaches in Maplewood\, NJ\, has been teaching yoga for 11 years. She is certified in Vinyasa\, Chair\, and Restorative Yoga. She is also a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach\, a Certified Life Coach\, and a Certified Integrative Wellness Coach by the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Liz is dedicated to helping her clients reduce stress and find presence\, health\, and happiness through movement\, coaching\, and workshops. Liz loves teaching yoga to adults and kids and she currently teaches at the Baird Center in South Orange.
