Thanksgiving Cooking Class: All About The Turkey

Join Executive Chef, David Drake, during his Thanksgiving Cooking Class, where he will teach you how to achieve a perfectly juicy and tender turkey every time. Chef David will guide you through all of his tips and tricks, from brining and seasoning to roasting and carving, just in time for you to impress your friends and family this holiday season. He will also be demonstrating how to make a variety of non-traditional sides. We will be serving each dish for you to taste as he completes each recipe, paired with your choice of red or white wine.
