Join us at Village Hall on Wednesday, January 31st as our Chef, Ray Russo, teams up with Chef Bianca Concepcion, Fossil Farms’ Executive Chef, and Chef Ben Del Coro, Fossil Farms’ Vice President of Sales & Marketing, for a one-of-a-kind 5-course dinner experience. Upon arriving, enjoy a variety of passed canapes with a front-row seat into our open-concept kitchen as the chefs begin preparing each course.
